Tara Dugger has overseen Discovery Energy's utility bill audits since 2016. She leads the team that tests client accounts against utility tariffs, rate classes, meter configurations and state billing rules, and that files and manages refund claims with utilities across the United States and Canada.
She is the technical reviewer for Discovery's published guides and case studies.
